Dalles Campground — Hotel in Lolo

There needs to be a rule against generators. If you pull into a nice quiet tent camping site like this and run a generator until 10 pm, you need to understand that you're not a good person and that everyone justifiably hates you. Maybe that doesn't matter to you, even though it should, and that's why there should be a $2000 dollar fine that is judiciously enforced until the problem is solved. Great campground with several spots right on the creek. There is water available (from a hand pump) and pit toilets. This is the 4th campground up Rock Creek road from the Saw mill fishing access and it has the best sites available of the 4 (in my opinion) Just a couple hundred yards from the suspension bridge and Welcome creek trail head. There are several friendly mule deer that will bester you to no end but it's kind of cool to see them...
