My husband, two kids, and I just spend the weekend at The Inn at Lucky Mud. The trip was a birthday surprise for my husband who plays disc golf, and their disc golf course is one of the top-rated in Washington State! Not only did he have a blast on their disc golf course, Adam, Sara, and their little man Aiden were wonderful hosts! I was delighted to discover that they lean heavily towards natural and organic products in the inn, as well as in what they serve for breakfast. They are very familiar with a diet free of gluten and refined sugars, so they were easily to accommodate my family's needs. My entire family felt welcome the entire time, Jason enjoyed his "guided tour" of the disc golf course by Adam (and being able to play three rounds, since we were staying on-site), the kids loved having a friend their age to play with, and we all enjoyed the inn and the grounds. The stars were brilliant at night, and the entire grounds were a beautiful place to wake up to in morning! We had such a great time, the kids have been asking to go back to "that other house" since we pulled into our own garage last night. :)

I stopped here with my wife and new born kid to stay one night, but we ended up extending to another night because we loved the place!! - The house is beautiful and warm, feels like home (or even better). - The stuff is a super friendly family that makes sure you have everything you need all the time (thanks again Adam and Sara!) - The breakfast was delicious both days, cooked just for us. - There is a family of deers that lives close to the house, so it was a nice welcome to the place with them going around - Don’t forget to try Disc Golf, it was so fun!

Hidden gem I can’t share my experience on the hotel side, but I came here for their disc golf course. Well maintained and it’s everything every disc golfer is looking for elevation, challenging, and awesome hosts. If you are deciding to try this course out I would definitely recommend. I believe you I’ve to call and let them know you are going because it’s private cost is 5$ which is well worth it.

The place is beautiful, expansive lush green grounds, very quiet. A lovely pond with birds, butterflies and bees. We loved sitting near it and looking at the birds.||my kids ( 13 and 9) also enjoyed playing disc golf.||However, the place does not serve breakfast anymore which I think was one of the other big pros of this place. ||||The present kitchen is a kitchenette, cramped, with few cutlery, no stove. Due to Memorial day weekend the restaurants ( very few, as this is a remote area) were closed. ||||Also being vegetarians our options were limited. We managed with the food we had taken with us. But struggled with heating and making a few things like omelets etc. with the slow hot plates provided. We also had to keep washing the cups and glasses so it could be used amongst 8 of us.||Other than this inconvenience (which sounds small but is cumbersome with small kids around) it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend as long as you are not bothered by the limited...
