Three B Ranch Wedding Venue and Events — Hotel in Lytle

We booked this venue for my daughter's wedding this month. We booked through vrbo which doesn't appear that Ms. Lily uses them anymore however we had no issues at all. We used vrbo for the actual house and them paid Ms. Lily separately for the venue space which I was perfectly fine with. When we arrived there was a book listed with any info we needed as well as she was reachable by phone for any questions we had. The pool was not open for us but she did open it as it was rather hot weekend and we were willing to take the chances of it not being chlorinated. The property was absolutely gorgeous and serene and just what my daughter wanted. All of the guests were impressed with the location. We used every part of this property from the main house, to the party barn and the outdoor pavilion. For the people who complained about not getting your deposit back I would say the fault lies on you and your guests. We made sure to clean up all trash and put everything back where we found it and I have received my full deposit back.There are signs posted everywhere to clean up your trash and if you notice any issues to notify them right away. Okay place to have a wedding. However, we were charged $1,000 for a bed that was already broken when we arrived, and a bed that broke on me in the barn while sleeping. (I am 6 foot 4 inches and 255 pounds)

The roof of the barn leaks at night when it rains, so you will have to move the beds in case of rain. (Even though the beds have wheels, they will get upset about any movement of their property.)

Also if it rains be prepared to pay thousands of dollars for a tent rental!

We left the property with zero trash and very clean, however we were still charged the full deposit amount for damage we did not commit and a cheap trundle that broke. (Has weight capacity for 250 pounds.)

Overall the low intro price is very attractive, but be prepared to lose the entire deposit amount.

Please review rental contract for all the hurdles you will have to jump ($500 fee for putting trash in the wrong spot; which we made sure to put in the right spot but still lost the entire deposit.)

That is why they charge 50% of the rental price in a deposit, because it is a scam and you will not be receiving...

Absolutely Beautiful home and property! We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely AMAZING! Stunning venue with great views and gorgeous yard! The main house is perfect! The Party barn provided an excellent space for guest to hang and escape the heat! Has a full bar with great fridge space, ice maker, and even opens up to serve the outside! Beautiful pool, pond stocked with fish (my husband and his friends caught several) did I mention the alpaca and donkeys!? They left us food and we were feed them which was a hit with my niece and me! They were really friendly and it was a neat experience if you’ve never had the chance to interact with animals like that. The owner was amazing! She was kind and helpful and an amazing person to work with she was truly the best!! Seriously recommend looking into this place before you book another overpriced venue that you only get to enjoy for a few hours! Rent this place for the weekend instead and...
