Rivers Inn RV Park — Hotel in Manvel

The owners are very accommodating and flexible. They are working very hard to modernize and upgrade this facility. There are quite a few vacancies but I anticipate this will change as there are more improvements. It is also really quiet. The park is the last place on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. It feels like you're isolated in the country but you're not really. There is every modern convince you could ask for Hospitals stores and restaurants and entertainment. Even has an airport for small private planes close by. Don’t waste your time, park is very very outdated. Owner and the people were friendly but park needs A LOT of renovation. Electrical needs a lot of work, sewer needs work, trees need trimming, lots need to be leveled and park needs a MAJOR cleaning.
