This is the best long term Rv park in the area. Clean, quiet and mostly older adults and professionals. Originally intended to be a tiny house village, this park has a great sense of community and the manager Bill lives on site. The manager and his dog Lucy make wonderful greeters to anyone who wanders onto property they will greet with a golf cart and guide you to where you need to be. All the rigs and homes are well kept. Each spot has a gravel driveway and GRASS which is a hot commodity and my dog Bugsy is thankful for it! The amenities include laundry, mail service with individual boxes in dry secure room, community meeting room and public patio seating, two public restrooms with showers (for rigs without restrooms or visitors), visitor parking areas to not clog up roadways, playground equipment, a fishing pond that is catch and release but stocked! And a storm shelter.

10/10 recommend! The caretakers Connie and her husband we’re amazing were super accommodating and helpful. They checked on me often, even lent me tools and offered help when I was working on my RV. Pros: The park itself was clean and quiet and the restrooms and laundry we’re always kept up and clean. You can tell the people that run this place really take pride in their work. There is a huge pond in front of the park that they keep fully stocked with fish so you can go enjoy an afternoon of fishing catch and release. My kids loved it! There is a big field behind the park that is well-maintained to play with your dogs off leash. There were several full timers at this park but all of their rigs seem very well-maintained and all of them I came in contact with were incredibly nice and quiet at night. Cons: Some of the RV spots did not have grass out front, Some of the spots were gravel and not level, some of the spots were not pull through, so backing my big trailer in there took a few tries. The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong on one side of the park and the speed was not great.

Overall this was a great experience for us, the cons were so small that they were negligible compared to how great everything else was. We will definitely be coming back to see them again in the future! I would suggest calling ahead and reserving a spot with a pull through concrete pad and grass in the front on the south side of the park for the best experience and...

My husband is Grady and I don’t know why it shows him as posting this, but I wanted to share my gratefulness for being able to stay here. My husband and I found this little place to stay for a couple of weeks to be near his momma and ended up here for two months! It’s been wonderful! We had to do quite of bit of traveling for various reasons and never felt nervous about leaving our camper unattended and empty while we were gone. We had great neighbors, the park is very neat and clean. The owners, Bill and Connie, are some of the kindest folks we’ve met. There are beautiful sunsets, it was quiet and we will definitely stay here again in our travels back to this area. Thank you for...
