Boulders Lodge Vacation Home — Hotel in Martinsville

This is an epic wooded cabin setting with all the amenities of a full vacation house. SO many things to experience both on the property and in the local area. Although we came for an adult golf trip/long weekend, we'd bring the kids back in a heartbeat. In fact, this place brought the kid out in all of us...a much-needed escape in a location full of character and curiosity. Evenings on the huge covered porch over-looking a ravine; nights at the bonfire pit and in the hot tub; mornings exploring the property and the creek; days out and about throughout the scenic area.

Golf was great - 20 minutes away through the mountains to Salt Creek and 30 minutes to Martinsville (home of IU legends..). Cedar Creek Winery/Brewery/Distillery is top notch.

Absolutely loved our time here! It was a wonderful time with family - we played bags out back (brought our own), had fires at night with s'mores and fire roasted hot dogs, enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna, and oh my gosh, the tire swing! The little ones were tickled pink feeding the goat and donkey... just a wonderful getaway altogether! The owner was easy to reach and kind to deal with. I am really hoping to return...

This place is and has always been my family's favorite vacation cabin!! Very roomy and can easily accommodate 2 families. It's private, and still a hop and a skip from downtown Nashville and brown county state park! It's a great woodsy retreat with the modern amenities including a hot tub/ sauna/ and cable swing! The owners and manager are great people and very easy to work with...
