Last February we called McCall WorldMark and were told there was an upstairs room for us and a place to park our snowmobile trailer. Upon arriving at the resort 5 hours later we were told there was not an upstairs room for us and that we would have to park our trailer off site. A pipe in our house had broken and flooded our entire home. All we needed was a break from reality at this beautiful resort. However, all we got was attitude from the young lady behind the counter and things escalated from there. Angel Skelton, Guest Service Supervisor, was already off duty with her car running out front. She heard a little bit of what was going on and stepped in and turned the situation completely around. Thanks to Angel we ended up having a wonderful week! I told her thankyou time and time again, however I do not think she realizes the Godsend she was for me at that particular moment in my life. Thank you again Angel!...

The area and staff are amazing. The town is fun and the lake is beautiful. We also found several fantastic hiking trails nearby - some paved, some not. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and very eager to help out. Also, the back decks are very peaceful as you are surrounded by wilderness. The facility was a bit of disrepair.the refrigerator was old and made a big "clunk" noise when it would finish a cooling cycle. The sidewalk was also in very rough shape, which made it difficult to push a wheelchair over. Some of the paint was flaking off in areas outside , exposing the bare wood below. Lastly, and this is an item they can't control, but it impacted my stay - the cell reception is horrible. I could only make calls or receive texts early morning or late at night. I would enjoy visiting there again, but would need to tell people in advance that unless they call my room, they will not be able...

We have been coming here for a while now and feel like it's going downhill. Rooms have nice amenities but they smell and are not very clean. You walk in and get hit with bad odor. Not very inviting. They really need to figure out a way to deodorize these suites. Our last stay we encountered big flying beattles (in the middle of winter) it seemed they came out of vents (that were very dusty and had some taoe hanging off of them). grout in showers is very dirty just trying to be covered up with silicon but it's peeling, light switches could use upgrading or really good scrubbing, cabinets in the kitchen were dirty, knifes in a knife block were dirty. Sidewalks and parking spots were not shoveled, guests were shoveling their own to be able to park/walk. Room/bathrooms are dark and gloomy. Table lamps had tons of dust caked in. Place really needs some deep...

We’ve visited Worldmark McCall many times over the last 10 years, but this was actually our first visit in the summer! We were pleasantly surprised that they have redecorated the rooms making them feel more modern and less “woodsy” but still appropriately like a cabin. They have plenty of movies and games to keep you occupied, and although the covered pool is nice in the winter, we preferred the outdoor pool and spa located just down the road, available for use by Wyndham guests (open seasonally for the summer). The staff had a fun little herb garden planted that was not only pretty, but available for clippings for your meals. A nice touch we have never experienced at a Worldmark before. Looking forward to coming back, (and we won’t hesitate to book in the summer months again! :)

Update: on the 5th day of our stay, the hot tub took on a nasty smell and the water is turning green. The first issue we ran into, when we walked in the door, was the whole unit smelled like cigarette and cigar smoke. The second issue is the Wi-Fi, which is paid for one way or another, is insufficient for streaming or any business work. Third issue, is the hot tub in the unit. Half of the jets don’t work, the three filters that are visible in the hot tub are cracked and have holes in them, and there is a water return that’s missing it’s cover and it’s the right side to grab my daughter’s ankle. When I called the front desk about the hot tub issues, the employee who came to look at the hot tub, gaslit me and said that’s how it was supposed to work and the filters were fine.
