This is the first time staying in the motel since becoming a Super 8. While the room was newly furnished, the room did not smell clean when we came in. There was mold in the light fixture above bathroom sink and on the desk lamp shade. The toilet was clogged and overflowed. We called to have the toilet I stopped and the floor mopped. We were told that the plunger was sitting outside the laundry room. And we were to clean up ourselves. We asked for another room and was told they were all booked. The following afternoon our key was not working. My husband went to the office to get it reprogrammed. He was questioned about how many people were in the room, he said 2 adults and a teenager. She said the room was a mess with a lot of towels. He reminded her that the toilet over flowed and we were made to clean it up ourselves. And he got more attitude from her. The pictures on the website shows a pool and continental breakfast. There is no breakfast, and the pool was empty with weeds overgrown in it. I wish I could give 0 stars. She actually complained that house keeping had to clean my room, which is their job. She told me I couldn't use a DND tag and that I had to let them in every day. The final straw was when they were remodeling they were moving me rooms. The new room was right next door to mine and completely ready for occupancy. I asked her if I could go ahead and move my stuff to the new room since I had to be at work by 8. She told me that I had to wait until after check out or they would charge me for 2 rooms! I changed hotels entirely and didn't have a single complaint or issue with the one I moved to. I work in that area for another 6 months which this place lost out on because someone wanted to be increasingly petty with their customers.    Read moreI did not stay at the hotel but I reserved 3 rooms for 6 crew members to stay in for 3 nights this week. The original CSR I dealt with entered the wrong nights and did not give me all of the information I needed regarding reservation numbers and authorization form to charge the credit card. When the guys checked in they then discovered there were no rooms reserved and I then found out that the card could not be charged without it being provided in person unless the auth form was completed. Luckily... Cobrum was able to assist my crews immediately by sending me the link for the credit card auth form and providing the reservation numbers. He was patient and very helpful.
