Wichita Mod Lodge — Hotel in Medicine Park

The Wichita Mod Lodge is, simply put, perfect. My stay was in the Pine Room, and it is beyond remarkable how seamless the aesthetics are in this place. Art and design at every turn, yet, somehow not overly busy. The attention to detail required by this impressive feat is absolutely matched with the furnishings and incidentals in the room. Not only have they thought of everything, they thought about the thing you didn't think to think about, which comes in handy when you need that thing. The energy is great, the location is perfect (just close enough to the main part of town while still being secluded enough to be away from crowds) and the room is cooler than the pictures suggest-- by the way, the pictures suggest a very cool room. The Wichita Mod Lodge is my favorite place to stay with my wife in Medicine Park. We have stayed here three times now. We actually stayed here for our honeymoon! A cozy environment and the exceptional amenities always satisfy.
