Mariposa Farmhouse — Hotel in Merced

This is the BEST vacation I've ever had. This place feels like HOME. The house is very pretty Victorian style with comfortable modern accommodations. Nancy is very friendly and gave me tours around her organic garden. Nancy is very knowledgeable about health and food. We had nice conversations with Nancy and Bill. We had a very good time with these local people to know more about this area. They recommend some places only local people would know and I had a great time enjoying myself during my stay there. Nancy provides very nice breakfast. I spent 5 days there and the first four days Nancy gave different breakfast, and the last day she asks me to list the favorite breakfast I had so far in the 4 days that I would like to try again during the last morning. She is very accommodating. I also had nice talk with the other guests living there to share some vacation experience. Bill and Nancy are wonderful people and great hosts. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We slept so well in there - it must be the fresh air, great bed and the fact it is so peaceful at night. They cooked the most amazing, healthy breakfasts for us and assisted us with anything we needed. We stayed at the Mariposa farmhouse last summer. My husband and I and our two boys. Nancy and Bill are a lovely couple. They welcome you into their home and make your stay comfortable in every way. From the spotless rooms to the sumptuous breakfast, to the thoughtful tips on Yosemite, to guidance on the restaurants, you name it and they are there!||||We enjoyed our chats every morning at the breakfast table.
