Pocono Ridge Inn — Hotel in Middle Smithfield Township

I stayed here for a long weekend (March 2023). I was incredibly pleased with Deerfield Inn! We were warmly welcomed by Linda who gave us a tour of the building and activities. She was very attentive the entire weekend. Our room had a personal bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was exceptionally clean. One of our favorite things of the weekend was the breakfasts in the morning. It was thoughtfully prepared and served to us by Janice. Delicious! The kitchen was decorated with beautiful place settings and fresh flowers. There was an abundance of activities available. Sauna, gym, movies, games, books, tv, etc. Since we went in March the pool and hot tub were closed. We enjoyed nearby hiking, horseback riding, skiing, and good dinners. I’d recommend Garlic Steakhouse. The style of Deerfield is quaint/vintage. So fun to cozy up and hangout playing cards. The only complaint would be the Wi-Fi was spotty with us being on the top floor. Overall I had a very enjoyable weekend and will most definitely be going back!! Thank you...

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and we really loved our experience! Everyone was very sweet and welcoming, and the lounges and grounds were well taken care of and cozy. Having breakfast in the morning was a great perk, and everything was very clean on the premises, including the sauna, which was a perk. The inn resides in a historic building, so if you are looking for a super modern-style lodging this might not be the best fit. But if you like the charm of historic buildings and you are looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway this would be a great option. We will definitely return next time we are...

The Deerfield Spa is a true find !! If you are looking for a high end very pricey luxury hotel spa and have the money to burn this place is not for you. A short distance from NYC and Philadelphia. The Deerfield has a low key country inn feeling with good healthy portion control meals, fantastic fitness classes, and mountain hikes plus a great spa for facials, massage, and other great services.
