Been a member since the first years and always been one of my favorite places. The growth and improvements over the years only elevated this happy place. Can chill amd read a book in solitude or be social and wild. Always a great bunch of visitors and permanent site folks, always friendly.

A fun, and well-maintained, LGBT owned and operated campground. We stayed in the newest section with full hookups. Amenities are very well maintained and the patrons are very friendly. We'll be back!

For my Birthday this year, my partner took me to Rivers Edge. Having been my first time here, I had no idea what to expect. I have been to many campgrounds in the past but none that was exclusively for the LGBT community. The check in process was fast and easy, Topher really made me feel welcome and assured me that I was going to enjoy myself and being amongst the community. He was correct. We stayed in Cabin 16 which has a loft bedroom. The cabin, which is more like a tiny home was just a nice touch. After settling in, we enjoyed the deck at the cabin and so many people stopped by and introduced themselves and welcomed me. We toured the grounds which really made me feel at home as I love the great outdoors. The property is rather large with nature all around. There are trails along the creek and gravel roads all over the property. The pool area has a sun deck and a screened in hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub are open around the clock for your enjoyment. While we were on the patio outside the conference area, Topher saw us and checked in with me to make sure I was having a good time and that everything was in order in our cabin. What an unexpected nice touch as he was no longer on the clock. I had several interactions with a member of the housekeeping department. She was so pleasant to talk to and again exceeded my expectations as she asked if I was enjoying myself. Apparently when it’s your first time, everyone finds out. In terms of housekeeping, this place was super clean. I am really OCD with places I stay. I even looked at the picture frames in our cabin and they were completely free of dust. It made me smile as most places we have stayed really lack this attention to detail. The meet and greet which I was told happens every Friday was well worth attending. We met so many of the other campers both regulars and also first timers. It was a great experience and I highly recommend attending this social activity. Saturday was a wash out. It stormed quite a bit with magnificent lightning which actually was enjoyable. I had not seen lightning like that in years. Despite the rain we managed to visit others at different sites and socialize. If you have never been here before, please do yourself a favor and visit. Being in a safe space amongst others who share a common thread is an experience you will never forget. We look forward to our next visit and...

This is an awesome space for grown and sexy adults of the LGBTQIA+ Communities. This is an awesome and amazing vibe. Clothing optional, consent is the number one rule here. There are rules for guidance towards an amazing and safe experience. There's a pool where most meet and greet. We play volleyball on even hours generally 12p, 2p, 4p and odd hours are for general swimming There are about 3 bathhouses (showers for campers) with outdoor showers as well. The staff are a riot and just really amazing. Beautiful personalities, funny, witty, energetic, organized, etcetera.. This is a safe space for relaxation, networking and connection, activities, such as karaoke, dance parties, trail hiking. BYOB Be prepared to camp and enjoy yourselves, bring bug spray and an amazing attitude. It's well worth it It's recommended, but not mandatory, to bringing open minded and good hearted camping friends along. There are hook ups and space for campers, but you must reserve space ahead of time. The neighbors are super friendly. Open air, trees, bushes, fresh air, just a lovely environment and safe haven for the LGBTQIA Communities and...

It's a very strongly embraced "NO TUDE ZONE." Reminds me of growing up in corn country mid west. Everyone waves to everyone, weather you know them or not.

It's a private, membership only, get away, camp ground, for free spirited men.

It's wonderful, year round, especially off season, when the rates are half, and there is more opportunity to spend quality time, getting to know the other campers.

The owners, and full time staff are the salt of the eath friendly, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family.

There is even a full time minister, on staff, legally ordained to perform weddings, for those couples whom have either met here, or would like to have a rustic, naturist setting for their special day.

There are many full time, campers who have either a second home, or have retired here.

In the Summer, the Sunday pool parties are legendary. Quite often hosted by a live DJ, and even though it's, "clothing optional," it's mostly, "clothing eschewed." It's a beautiful place to hang for the "no tan line" set.

As long as one obeys camp rules, everone is welcome, and welcoming.

See...
