We loved how clean and peaceful this place was. The little stream and open grassy fields was nice. The camp host was kind and helpful during the entire stay. The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints take amazing care if their property there.

Fun place to enjoy the sun and play in the naturally warmed water. They have two pools, one is more of a natural setup like a spring, the other is a large pool that's fed by the springs. Large pavilion area, glass to play games on, streams.

Amazing Area, I'm happy that a church has this park, a nice place for church members. Highly Recommend If your part of the church, or not a member yet!

This is a private facility owned operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Facility use is generally by scheduled appointment only and can be scheduled through the church's website. There is generally a reservation fee for facility use. There are volunteer caretakers (missionaries) living on-site. The facility suffered quite a bit of damage during a fire several years ago, but has been rebuilt into a wonderful modern recreation facility with new bathrooms and better ramp/stair access to the pools. There is a natural geothermal spring-fed 'upper' pool with a gravel bottom and containing the local Moapa Dace fish (which will nibble gently at your toes if you stay still). Lots of trees and a cliff block the sun in the afternoon and the water temperature is slightly warm and very pleasant. Overflow from the upper pool feeds a large concrete/traditional lower pool. Both the upper pool and the lower pool can be reserved for half day activities. There are also large grass fields available for overnight camping during scheduled ward activities. The spring water flows out of the facility and into the Muddy River, flowing eventually into Lake Mead and the Colorado River system. The property was acquired by the church 50 years ago and developed into a recreational area for members in the area. This facility is often confused with other public swimming facilities that used to be in the same area. There may still be a publicly accessible facility in the area, but I don't know...

The place is very good but in my opinion it is too expensive for one to be with the family I know that the owner has to pay the employees, and more expenses but the entrance price is very high, and the other thing is that it should have good roofs made of a material that does not get too hot because the heat of snow in these summer dates are very strong, another thing is that there are not enough bathrooms for all the people who go to that place in the men's bathrooms, there is only one toilet and a shower is not enough for more than 300 people who have come to go to that place, finally to finish with my comment for the price they have it is a lot for the amenities that are missing that is my humble...

I have always loved this place. It is a private recreation area that can be reserved for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint members. It has a natural pool with a gravel bottom and a concrete pool. They used to be really cool back in the day with rope swings and diving boards, but a fire swept through and burnt all the unsafe stuff up which wasn't added back in. But really they had stopped using that stuff before the fire after the health department declared it a public pool even though it wasn't. The place is still...
