Stayed here for a month. February 10- march 10. Month rate is $600. Since we started our stay in the middle of the month the manager pro rated it daily for the rest of the month. Before march 1st we told the manager that we would be leaving the 10th and if we could pay weekly. She said that the park charges you for the whole month and the day you leave they will prorate it back. On the 10th we told them we were leaving and that their hook up melted our surge protector. We didn’t have anything extra hooked up. We also really only stayed in the camper for two weeks and the rest of the month we left the camper there to stay hooked up but nothing inside running.. It took a week for them to send a refund receipt of our stay of $250. When it was suppose to be $400total. If it was prorated like it was the first payment we sent. I Sent a message saying I think they messed up bc it was prorated for the day (a week later) that we left when they sent the refund. They have a new manager. Communication has been terrible. Going back and forth on it for 5 days. When the owner finally told her that there is a $175 weekly rate. That I have never been told of. we tried paying the weekly or daily rate from the start of march. They sent a texted message after paying each time with their refund policy… after the discussion the manager resends it with an additional $175 is the weekly rates added in. Also there is nothing about a weekly rate in their agreement that I signed. Pretty campground. Although we are out $300 because their hookup ruined our surge protector and Them changing the rate. I have proof of everything. Not about the money at this point just the fact they are ignoring me.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay here. The owner is an amazing guy, very helpful. It's a very safe park and gated. He takes pride in the drinking water and it's the best around. Very well designed park and is still a work in progress. Sites are spacious and love the solor lights at each site and the concrete pads. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

After staying in many campgrounds in that area, Solstice Commons was by far the best. Awesome water and great wifi. Owner lives on site and takes great care of the park and was extremely friendly. Could leave stuff out overnight and while I was at work and not have to worry about it growing legs. The only campground I'd stay at if...
