The B&B is about 20 minutes or so outside Charleston on a beautiful tree lined drive overlooking a winding river and former rice plantation. The property features lovely outside spaces and acres to roam or relax. You will see wildlife, birds and the occasional reptile. This a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. The accomodations are comfortable, reflective of the history with attention to detail both historical and modern touches such as A/C, updated kitchen and baths and lovely bedding. The host, Jen, provided for our every need and went above and beyond a normal B&B experience. If you are looking to unplug and get away from the crowd of tourist this is the place. The drive is worth...
