Ive been coming to visit my wife's family at Hospitality Creek Campground on and off for about 6 seasons now. Last year in 2017, I made the decision to become seasonal residents with my family, when we purchased a used trailer from another "Seasonal " for roughly $1000. :Best decision ever!".. fast forward 1 year. So this season we bought a brand new 2018 trailor, which then became my #1 best decision ever. Now our first trailor became a guest trailor, mostly for my inlays and who ever else wants to visit, relax and stay for a while. This place amazes me every day, especially every weekend when I get to be a part of and watch this small family owned business (sister, brother and father) operate this enormous eventful filled campground perfectly. I dont know how they pull it off, but they do. What I do know is that they must spend a ton of money and work extremely hard every day to make this happen. Read moreThis is a great place great scenery everywhere you turn it has great photo opps..... the people here are friendly. The lifeguards can be slackers and only wait until kids come out the water crying ...but sometimes that happens when young teenagers are running the show. I have no kids but I am a babysitter and between the kids I watch and the people who were playing in the water there was no structure to the play here. Kids will be kids but it's not the quantity of how many life gairds you have it is the quality. It took until another parent said those kids have to get out for the lifeguards to rise up and tell the kids they have to sit out...
Read moreMy family and I stayed in a lake side rental RV. It was so beautiful. Pretty much everything was there for us. A propane grill, fire pit and tons of fire wood was outside, along with chairs and a picnic bench. We even had our very own canoe. Inside the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans along with utensils, cups, bowls and plates. They even had a toaster and a single serve Keurig. We had such a great time. This was definitely the nicest RV we've ever stayed in. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and my youngest kids loved the slash park. They have a huge lake where my husband and son fished. The kids didn't want to leave at all. I can definitely see us going back next...
