Logtown Estate — Hotel in Monroe

I sure wished we would've spent more of our 36hrs here on site. The grounds are stunning. The trees massive and the birds and flowers were perfect. We started our week long stay here. Our flight delayed, Kendall made sure we had directions for self check in. She spent a few minutes chatting with us when we arrived late, she's such a happy delightful young woman. Watching the sunrise is a must. Take your cup of coffee walk a bit my background noise was birds singing audio bible verses and some beautiful WFR worship a capella. It was an emotional morning as I took it all in. We stayed in the Cypress room and the bed was the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in! The refrigerator was stocked with food for breakfast and snacks and some extras made snack time easy without having to go to town. Plenty of spaces for lounging around and areas for quiet time with your devotion or meditation and well.... For prayer! Very relaxing intentional time to catch up with each other and disconnect from the outside. It was hot when we were there but it's nice and cool inside. Our youngest daughter got married there this past weekend and it was magical. So many wonderful spaces to choose from. It was great being able to utilize many of them to allow our guests to spread out. Kendall and Josh are a terrific pair that made us feel welcome from that very first visit. They were able to stay on top of her schedule and always provided a calming presence. Her bridal party stayed in the fantastic bed and breakfast the night before and it just added to the whole experience. The gourmet kitchen was well used to serve a very nice bridal breakfast/brunch the day of 10 out of 10 I would recommend Kendall...

Parking needs to be fixed. We had a work event and were directed to park in a field next to the venue. The property managers stood at the end of the street and directed parking as people arrived to the event. A rain storm came through and we had 5 vehicles get stuck and we had to call a tow truck. It was 1 am before we got all of the vehicles unstuck. The property managers didn’t really do much to help, and they were not willing to pay for the tow truck even though it was their parking directions that caused everyone...
