Just 2 hours drive from DC, it’s the perfect weekend road trip spot. Whether you’re looking to explore nonstop or reset amongst nature, @wabi.sabi.cabin is the place to do it. Here are my recommendations for the area: [📌SAVE to plan your trip + keep reading to enter the giveaway!] 1: Hike Tibbet Knob in the Nat’l Forest for sunrise. 2. Paddle on Rockcliffe lake at Trout Pond Nat’l Recreation Area- just down the road from @wabi.sabi.cabin 3. @wabi.sabi.cabin cabin has a minimalistic, yet luxurious feel, is private + secluded, and offers easy access to so many outdoor activities. We loved making s’mores by the fire! 4. Hike to Cranny Crow for sunset in Lost River State Park + peep the new Almost Heaven Swing. 5. Get post-hike pizza & brews at a brand new spot @lostandfoundlrv 6. Paddle on the South Branch of the Potomac in nearby Moorefield (rentals/tours available) 7. Choose from many amazing hikes in George Washington National Forest- so many good ones near Wolf Gap! 8.
