We were on our way home from Colorado to Idaho, and managed to get stuck in a pretty crappy snow storm. I called Comfort Inn right away when I finally had service in the mountains, and I was so grateful they had availability for the night to stick out the storm. The hotel was only 21 minutes from where we were, and once we got there after white knuckling the stressful mountain drive in white out conditions- we were greeted with a warm smile and open doors. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed from toiletries to coffee, extra bedding and towels, and free breakfast is an always plus. We had our two infant daughters with us, so the lovely front desk agent was incredibly accommodating when we requested to be as far from other guests as possible- we had never stayed in a hotel with our babies before. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was a delight. We were able to sleep comfortably and refuel with a delicious warm meal before hitting the road again once the weather cleared in the morning. Read moreI stayed here last night. The hotel was nice but a little dated compared to the hotels I usually stay at on long road trips. The people at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The pool was fantastic although there were clumps of black hair floating in the pool (I'm a blonde so It's not my hair). Everything was clean except for a napkin that was left under the counter in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room cool. The breakfast didn't have too many options for my allergies, just fruit, juice, cereal, yogurt, coffee, or waffles. Overall, this stay wasn't bad...
