Well it's right off the highway. The room is a safety hazard and I am bummed I can't do a load of laundry because "it is broken". If I had known I would have gone elsewhere. The pool is closed as well. It's summer and 90+ outside. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing fancy, basic older hotel but very clean and well managed. Decent rate. I was able to park my Hotshot rig in front of my room. Refrigerator w freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Good work hotel, not a place to vacation lol.

Worst motel I have ever been too. Looks like our door was kicked in. Smells terrible in here and just gross

We were spending three days in the area of Petit Jean doing photography and sight seeing. All the pet friendly rooms at the Mather Lodge and all cabins were booked. If you are travelling with a pet, this is the only pet friendly motel in Morrilton. All the others only welcome service animals. Since we had to take our dog with us, this was our only choice. We booked our room by phone and it appeared by photos on the internet that this was a basic motel along the interstate. Man when we pulled up and drove around the place, we stopped and got on the phone to try and find another place to stay to no avail. Trash and junk everywhere, rotten eaves on the buildings, a yucky looking flea market right next door and a rutted up and pot hole filled parking lot. Since nobody else accepts pets, we went in and got our room. The gentleman at the desk was nice and the lobby was clean. When we got to our room, I had to push the door open with my shoulder to get the door to open. It was a non-smoking room, but it still smelled musty. The chair had burn holes in the arms and it and the footstool had dark stains on them. The bathroom is tiny. Overall, the room was a 3.5 out of 5 in cleanliness. One of our face towels was still dirty or badly stained. If the rooms are remodeled, whoever did it must have received all of their training from the 15 minute how-to classes at Home Depot. The tile was crooked, the grout was just smeared on, and any imperfections were filled in with caulk. It was amateur at best. But at least it was fairly clean. In typical fashion of a cheap motel, cost cutting is the name of the game. We didn't eat the breakfast, but went 20 minutes to Russellville and ate at Cracker Barrel. The bed was o.k., had decent t.v. stations and the wifi worked good. The hot water does get out of whack at times and was difficult to regulate occasionally.||The room was quiet, for the most part, and you would hear the occasional jake brake from a big rig and such. We would only stay here again out of...

We stopped here because it was reasonable priced and it looks good online, but let me tell you, this place is disgusting. We stayed there for a total of 6 hours because we were tired after a long drive, but the LA Quinta in just short of Morrilton in Conway was a way better hotel for similar price, so we got out of here fast and travelled back to Conway and we were much more comfortable and could get some actual rest. First impression, there are old dirty mattresses lying around by the dumpster and other junk scattered around the parking lot. The room we stayed in didn't even look like it had been vacuumed. The tub was disgusting. We didn't shower there, even though we really wanted a hot shower after a 10 hour drive. This place had broken windows on some rooms and hundreds of dead bugs in the window sills. And the smell... the room smelled horrible and the stairwells smelled strongly of urine. We were exhausted, so we slept there, but in order to do so, we felt we needed to strip all the linens(which revealed a nasty yellow stain in the middle of the bed) and use the blankets I had brought in the car. The mattress was very uncomfortable. This place was a nightmare. I hope I can save someone the money and the trouble because I pretty much wasted $78 dollars to feel like I needed a shower even more when I left. The hotel owner was rude and refused to refund my money, so please don't give them any more hard earned money until they do what is required to earn it by shaping up this place and their attitudes. I honestly hope this place gets condemned. Take my advice, stay at any hotel in Conway about 20 minutes down the road for a much...

Where do I begin? The staff was friendly, but a friendly staff can only be a small portion of what a hotel or motel needs. We read reviews and everyone said the place was clean. That is a number one thing we look for. It must be clean. We didn’t need a lot of extra amenities, or anything fancy. We were only staying one night. The rooms that we were put in were disgraceful. The first one that they gave us reeked of mildew when we walked in. It took us about 15 seconds to notice the carpets were covered in black mold! Don’t believe me? Check out the photos! The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in and there was also water dripping from the ceiling in the sink and bathroom area. We stayed about 30 seconds—long enough to gather our bags and leave. The second room they put us in had an infestation of roaches. As soon as I walked in to the room, I saw one crawling up the wall. Then a few more around the refrigerator area. I was so disgusted. It was late in the evening, the others with me decided to stay but I couldn’t sleep. I felt like I would have bugs on me. I put my things in garbage bags that we had brought with us and slept with just the sheets on just the bed so I could see. Needless to say I didn’t sleep much. We will NEVER stay here again. When I check in to a place to get a good night’s rest, I need to be able to do so. I was disgusted. The only thing I will compliment them on is the AC unit worked great and shower had good pressure and hot water. I needed that shower after being in there for a few...
