My wife and I started our vacation at another resort in the area on Saturday Aug 20th. Unfortunately there were some circumstances that arose at the other resort that left us no choice but to relocate. ( I'm torn on whether to write a review for the other resort, but I don't want others to suffer our issues either, I'm debating). Now to Fish and Fiddle. While sitting in Urgent Care I did a search on Google for another resort and I decided to contact Fish and Fiddle. Instantly upon meeting Mike, my wife was put at ease. Mike, Denny, Sue, and Jerry went above and beyond all of our expectations to make our remaining vacation a success. My wife and I consider them FRIENDS that will be with us the rest of our lives due to their efforts in accommodating us. We have already started making plans for our return trip.|As for the facilities, the pool, the game room are outstanding (I enjoyed the pool table and card games). The response to any questions that arose were answered immediately and our cabin had everything needed to make our stay perfect. If there was something we did need, Mike, Denny, or Sue found it for us. |In closing, for a family that has only been running a resort since June 2022, all I can say is, "You will not find a better set of Hosts any where you go. my wife and I thank Mike, Denny, Sue, and Jerry from the bottom of hearts! We wish and pray for their success at this amazing resort they have taken on! We love this place and the amazing...

Just returned from spending the last week of April at Fish & Fiddle. Have been coming here when time allowed since 1990. My son and I spent the week in Cabin #2 which was recently renovated. The cabin has new flooring, ceilings, doors, all new bathroom, kitchen has new appliances and cabinets as well. We met and often chatted with Mike who is part of the new ownership - Great guy made certain all was well for us. The covered dock is large with plenty of outlets for battery chargers along with fish cleaning station. We come down primarily for fishing and the dock fully meets our expectations. Campgrounds were neat and well kept. They are in the process of adding a new campstore complete with an ice cream machine. Though the pool is not open at this time of year, it looks inviting. Campground is very quiet and relaxing with the conveniences of town only minutes away. Looking forward to a...

Our first trip to Fish and Fiddle won’t be our last. The cabins are somewhat rustic, but clean and functional. We stayed in Cabin #6. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but it appears there’s the necessary dishes, utensils, pans, etc. if you want to cook. There aren’t any spices or condiments, so bring anything like that you need. There were nice bath towels and sheets. The a/c worked well. There’s a nice game room, clean pool, outdoor activities including shuffleboard, horse shoes, basketball ball hoop and volleyball net. There’s a covered boat dock included with a swimming area/ladder at the lake which is close but a pretty rough road. The resort just changed hands in June 2022. Mike and his parents, Denny and Sue, are like cousins you didn’t know about. They are so accommodating. We really enjoyed our trip and are already talking...

We loved our time at Fish and Fiddle! Our 3 bedroom cabin (#8) was beautifully updated and so accommodating for our family of 6. Our kids loved the close proximity to the game room, basketball court, and pool. The kitchen was stocked perfectly allowing us to cook and grill our own meals! Bill did a great job of making sure our needs were met as well as keeping the dock accessible despite the rising water levels this week. Our kids loved jumping off the dock, fishing, and swimming in the beautifully clear Lake Norfork. We rented a tritoon boat on site for a day that was perfect for skiing, tubing, and exploring the lake as a family! We highly recommend Fish and Fiddle and can’t wait for our next visit!

My family and a few friends got to enjoy a weekend getaway in April up here. That let us see several cabins/ houses. All had nice kitchens and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and felt intentional and thoughtful. I loved watching the sun rise from the boat pier one morning and listening to the birds from our porch on another. We fished, went boating, kayaking, and explored some nearby hiking trails. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores about 15 minutes away. This had the best of both worlds. Secluded and slow-paced if we chose it, and faster- paced activities for those in our group who need more. Would recommend!
