As my son said, "Any time spent on the Buffalo River is time well spent!" The Rush campground is well kept. It has fire rings at each spot. There are wheelchair accessible men/womens restrooms, but I did not see any showers. If you have never traveled the Buffalo you must. It is peaceful and gorgeous with rock bluffs and wildlife, including bald eagles. The water is crystal clear and you can watch fish/turtles swimming below- if you're not too noisy.
