This is a hidden Gem of a restaurant. It’s close enough to the Lake to arrive by boat. It’s definitely worth the drive from Murray. Very neat exterior with a handicap ramp. Half the tables were full of customers. No more than 30 minutes after taking our order the waitress delivered our drinks, appetizers and main course. Specialized in Broasted chicken this place delivers a crispy seasoned coating on juicy tender chicken. Broasted potato slices and wonderful breaded onion rings. I recommend trying the breaded dill pickles. They serve breaded seasoned French fries. The fried clams were prepared wonderfully. If you can take your eyes away from your food, you may notice how hard the waitress works cleaning tables and floors to make sure everything stays clean. And what a view of the harbor with all the boats and docks. I found the restrooms clean and fresh. Now for the prices. Most dinners are $10-$20 with steaks and seafood being on the upper end. The quality is top notch. Friendly service and a very clean bright atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to bring your family or having a date night, I recommend to all dads to give this restaurant a try.

Needed a spur of the moment place to stay during our road trip. A little off the beaten path but quaint. Rates were inexpensive, food was good, room was clean but in desperate need of updates. We were told all rooms had a view of the water, but ours was a view of scrap metal and trees. Along the waters edge in front of the restaurant was a large pile of old boat clutter & worn out dock. If this was cleaned up and made into a nice patio dock for patrons to hang out and watch the sunset, it would be ideal. This place has great potential to be so much more. It served our purpose and thankful for a place to lay our head.

Nice setting in a cove with a view of the marina and Ky. Lake while you dine. The catfish and fried chicken are popular choices. You want go wrong with either choice. Just don't ask for a senior discount, that's probably because most customers are seniors who live in the area. Also, don't ask for a military discount, that's probably because the owners don't understand what keeps our country free. Most other restaurant's in the area do offer discounts to our military...
