Markley Cove Resort — Hotel in Napa Valley AVA

they finallly fixed the boat launch driveway. doesnt feel like your 4 wheelin to get to the water anymore. boat launch is finally useable on both sides which makes it quick. water levels up so your trailor wont bottom out anymore. only complaint is kayakers, there as bad as the bikes on the mountain. hangin out on a kayak at the launch or very close by is foolish. its like playing on a freeway onramp. paddle out and away from the load zone..this place unlike anyother has shuttles for the long walk back to the lake or truck after a day...

Lake Berryessa is a beautiful spot in California to visit and have a great time at the shore. If you are planning to take a boat out then Markley cove is easy to reach from the bay area or Sacramento. The staff at the gate are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a little store to stock up on any essentials and maybe take an ice cream to go. On a busy weekend, parking maybe restricted and you might have to find a spot on the road. So call ahead to ensure you are not...

I think when google sees the word resort, some particular things come to mind......it's not like that. It's a boat launch, and $25 gets you in the water. The porta-potties needed to be serviced. They have some basics if you need a few things before hitting the lake. As much as google knows where, I go, how long I'm there, and virtually what I buy, they should know: It's not a hotels, there are no rooms, there is no service, and the location....is by the boat...
