This hotel is too new to have multiple issues. First issue, $250 security deposit is insane for a Comfort Suites. JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton and others don’t charge that high. A budget hotel needs to reflect that. Do away with the $250. Second issue television and internet connectivity. Telling customers you apologize for not having televisions in most rooms is unapologetic. If there’s an issue, spend big bucks to fix it. It not, offer 7,000 bonus points PER DAY for not enjoying tv out of comfort of room. Third issue, Television. This whole Samsung Plus TV is confusing and all guests had issues with this. Get a normal television that allows for local channels and channels like ESPN. If guests has to sit in lobby to watch TV that is shameful. Fourth issue, this property does not honor Choice Hotels elite members at least what the front desk tells us. You have a sign for parking for elite than honor late check-outs that we are entitled to. Fifth issue, transform a few suites into tub instead of showers. Sixth issue, have plain water for guest to drink in lobby. They had lemons inside the container of water from breakfast and just refilled it the next day. Not even replaced for freshness. Seven issue, laundry. The owner ought to be a shame of himself attempting to charge $5 for wash and $5 for dry in laundry room not accessible to guests. Front desk attendants need to be more customer friendly especially the assistant general manager. The general manager...
Read moreI recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites® in the Nashville/Bellevue area and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is brand new, and you can really tell—they’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.||||The room was spotless, modern, and very quiet. The Serta Euro Pillow Top mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I also appreciated the in-room microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, which made it easy to settle in. The 55” Samsung TV with premium channels was a nice touch, too.||||Every morning started with a free hot breakfast, and there was a great variety—fresh eggs, waffles, fruit, and more. The heated indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center were clean and convenient, and having free parking made a huge difference.||||The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes from downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, and other major attractions like Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena. There are also tons of great restaurants nearby. We tried Mestizos and The Loveless Cafe—both amazing!||||The staff was professional and genuinely welcoming, and I loved that the hotel is also pet-friendly—perfect for families or road trippers with pets.||||If you’re looking for a modern, clean, and affordable hotel in Nashville with all the right amenities, this is it. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip...
Read moreThis place does not deserve the high current 4.5 rating. It’s not accessible or build with people with disabilities in mind even though it claims it is. I booked an accessible king suite with roll in shower. Not only was I given a completely normal room at first even though I reconfirmed at the front desk that it’s a accessible leaving my disabled father stranded in the first room the second one was not the right disabled room or booking class either.
On top of that none of the accessible rooms are built correctly or close to an elevator. There is no accessible entrance. The bed is not the right height for people in wheelchairs causing my dad to hurt his wrist. It had none of the deaf and blind help features it claimed either.
Not being accessible is one thing but claiming to have all these great features online is diabolical. Hotels built in the 80s are more accessible than this one and I’ve never had an issue with a choice hotel either so this is completely on the owner of this specific location.
Rooms weren’t very clean either and walls were already covered in stains everywhere which is wild for a hotel that isn’t even a year old. Beds were very comfortable at least and the front desk staff was friendly but also indifferent.
I usually don’t care enough to leave a review but the handicapped issue is...
