We have a travel trailer with two teenage boys and have been camping with them since they were born. We travel all over the place in search for the "perfect" spot, and often settle on a few over the years that we go back to in a cycle. However at those places, we end up spending between 60-100 a night when you start adding up kids and dogs, etc. We discovered Harmony Ridge and found out it was a member only campground. Between the fact that it was one of my favorite campgrounds we'd been too and the fact that it would start paying for itself before my kids graduated from high school, purchasing was a no brainer for us based on what we spend at other places. (We also plan on making camping for months at a time our retirement plan.)||||Things I love about Harmony Ridge: Facilities, staff, location, breakfast, sites. So, everything. We brought guests up for the first time this last visit and our guests were blown away and want to come back and consider joining. Lastly, I love the cabins and tent sites as an option. We don't always want the hassle of towing our trailer, but at Harmony Ridge, that doesn't extinguish the...

First of all, if you like camping in the forest this is the place for you. They have a lodge with a large TV, pool and ping pong tables, books, fireplace, swimming pool, jacuzzi and much more. It was one of the best campgrounds we have camped at. But I rate my stay excellent because of their helpfulness and concern. We discovered ticks on our dogs. Jackie, one of the staff, came to our campsite and removed the ticks. Then she taught us how to remove them if we found more ticks on the dogs. And sure enough we did. The next day we drove to a pet supply store to buy topical flea and tick treatment. One of our dogs got an allergic reaction to the treatment after arriving back at Harmony Ridge Resort. You guessed it, we reached out to the office staff and before I could walk back to our campsite Jackie was there to help us problem solve. Jackie and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, professional...

In the forest. This resort is definitely in the forest. So much so that you must use propane to do ANY COOKING OR RECREATION. Can't blame the staff the way every forest in CA seems to be burning down. Positives The staff is wonderful and helpful. The hot tub is powerful and accessible. The grounds are very clean. Sites are well maintained. Free Wifi Staff very knowledgeable about area Negatives No store Staff a little slim No dressing room for pool A burst water main resulted in 2 days without water. No on site activities Pool has too much chlorine.

All in all a place to get away without bringing away with you. Definitely...

We have been members since the beginning my parents purchased a family membership and while we have not used it a lot over the years I recently used the membership on three occasions upon my last visit as a family member on the contract I was informed I would no longer be accommodated this is a great private place but heaven forbid you run a foul of the staff extremely disappointed looking at our options as they are completely out of line with the way they've treated me and my mother in fact she got a postcard about selling her membership

Fun times had with the family here. It’s not camping, it’s glamping (if you stay in a cabin like we did). They have a full kitchen where you can order breakfast and lunch. They have a pool, hot tub, hiking trails, basketball court, volleyball court, playground for kids, play room for kids, teen room for teens/young adults, there is just plenty to do while on site. This doesn’t count the outdoor options in the area like Scotts Lake and more!

It's a most beautiful place. It's what you think summer should feel like. My kids are free to run the place and I'm not worried. That's a great feeling. They have a swimming pool where my kids go when they are not by the beautiful pond catching tadpoles. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.
