The Worst ! I Booked This Hotel Online For My Daughters Birthday. Thinking Because It Was Close &&'Good For The Price. Never Planned On Spending The Night. Only Swimming &&'Having Cake &&'Ice Cream. I Didn't Actually Go Stay. I Went In &&'Walked Through To Make Sure Everything Was In Order. The Pool Was Big Enough etc..... What I Saw Was HORRIBLE. This Hotel Is FILTY! The Lobby Is Filty. The Ceiling Is Falling Apart &&' The Carpet Walls &&'Other Aspects Looked As Though The Hadn't Seen Cleaning Products In YEARS ! The Pool &&'Hot Tub(indoor)......... Were DISGUSTING !!!!!!! First And For Most They Had Duct Tape Along The Hole In The Door Where The Lock Should Have Been..... Literally Probably 2 Rolls Looped Around To Keep The Door Closed. &&'The Door Was White &&'Filty! The Pool &&'Hot Were A Slimy Green Color. With Murky Brown Residue At The Bottom.(i Viewed The Pool Twice On 2 DIFFERENT Occasions &&'It Stll Looked The Same). The Elevator Is Also Nasty. Looks Like Its Not Often Cleaned &&'The Carpet In The Hallways Are Covered In Dirt And Stains. The Room.......... Oh The Room. Was Literally Falling Apart. It Was Dirty, Missing The Shower Curtain, The Kitchen Area Had Lime Built Up &&'It Looked Like House Keeping Neglected To Clean It Purposefully. !!!! Carpet Was Unclean. Bathroom. Literally Had Build Up Every where. On The Floor Toilet Sink &&'Tub !!!!!!!!!!! Bed Was Dirty With Stained Sheets And It Was Very Hard ! The Room Overall Looked Like It Hand't Been Cleaned Properly Or BARELY Cleaned In A VERY LONG Time. I Have Been Trying For Week To Get In Contact With Some One. To Cancel My Reservation After I Was Told I Couldn't Be Refunded Because I Booked A Suite And They Were Non-Refundable. The Phone Just Rings And Rings And Rings ! For 1 Day Straight The Phones Was Disconnected ! For 2 Days I Got The Line Was Busy And To Call Back ! Guessing The One Phone They Have Was Taken Off The Hook. I've Literally Pressed Zero 146 Times Over The Course Of 45 mins and 43 Seconds. Finally Someone Answers &&'Put Me On Hold For 15 Minutes Because She Was Helping Another Consumer. I Hung Up Figuring That I Was Forgtten About.. Only To Call Back &&'Get The Machine For 30 Minutes. And Then To Get An Answer &&'To Be Asked to Be Put On Hold AGAIN ! Because Someone Else Was Using There Computer ! &&'The Other Computer Didnt Work !...... DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! ILL ONLY GIVE THEM ONE STAR...
Read moreDo not stay here! I have requested to speak with the district or regional manager on more than one occasion without any response. I have gone to the hotel and I have sent an email explaining my issue, without any feedback.
My husband booked this hotel for a week, but after being there only one night, he decided he could not stay there for multiple reasons and he checked out around 2 PM. We have been told that while we paid for seven days and he stayed one night they will not offer a refund. We even offered to pay for two nights, since he did not check out until the afternoon. The website states 24 hour cancellation notice. Yet the manager at this hotel said they do not have a cancellation policy, once you book a room and check in they do not offer a refund. I have contacted other hotels within this chain and they told me that you can cancel any time. Overall this seems like fraud and poor business practice to me.
This hotel is filthy! The pool is completely empty. They are currently replacing the flooring which does look nice, however, it is the only nice looking thing in the hotel. My husband’s room was dirty (potential blood on the broken TV stand, cigarette butts in the AC unit - of a non-smoking room), lots of hallway activity and noise, and ineffective Wi-Fi. Expectations were low due to the cost however, when they advertise Wi-Fi and a pool those are two things that you expect to at least be functioning. My husband needed to work here for the week and he could not due to the ineffective Wi-Fi. To top everything off a day or two after he left, he noticed he had a strange rash/bites on his torso and arms. We expect this to be bedbugs based off the research and information we have gathered.
Overall this business practices fraudulent activity and offers a subpar hotel experience. Then to make it worse, they ignore requests to speak to higher level management. If this was the last place on earth, and you needed some shelter, it would be sufficient, but if you need any amenities or cleanliness go to the next hotel...
Read moreThe Good: This is the cheapest extended stay hotel in the area. The lobby staff was very polite and professional. They worked with me when I wanted to extend an additional week. The room and bathroom were clean when i checked in, but there was an old pizza left behind in the fridge.
The Bad: When I tried to switch my room the luggage trollies were all missing. Apparently the residents are too lazy to return them, which isn't really the fault of the staff. I asked if they could maybe go find one because I had a lot of luggage to move, but they didn't want to go searching through each room. Instead, they offered me a big laundry cart instead of finding a trolly. When I checked out I had to use the stupid thing again. Each time I requested that my room be cleaned, no one showed up. The cleaning staff only cleaned empty rooms and there was always trash, debris, and once a spilled bottle of complementary shampoo in the hallways. I had to start leaving my trash bags by the elevator just to have it be taken away.
The Ugly: Most of the guests were incredibly obnoxious. I'm convinced someone on the staff smokes a ton of weed in the elevator shaft. Almost everyday the elevator stank with guests constantly complaining or laughing about it. The hotel filled with partiers on the weekend and I constantly heard dogs barking in the other rooms.
I've honestly stayed at worst hotels, so I couldn't give it too bad...
