Retro Lake Landing — Hotel in Oakland

If I could give this place negative stars I would give it negative TEN stars. Currently staying at place called Retro Lake Landing, IT IS UNFIT TO STAY IN. Mold everywhere, absolutely filthy and run down. Not AT ALL like advertised on the Taylor Made website. Inaccurate number of beds, sheets have dried blood on them. The outside is like a junk yard! The house smells and is damp, full of bugs and rodent droppings. Broken furniture and appliances. Called Taylor Made and they didn't give two *. Told us we were being disrespectful to the rental and unfair in our judgment of the rental unit. Woman on the phone was sarcastic and ignorant. When we asked for her name, SHE HUNG UP!!!
