White Horse Park Community Association — Hotel in Ocean Pines

I have been a service provider at White Horse park for 15 years as a pest control technician ,for the past 8 years with my own small company ,it has always been well maintained grass kept nice and kept clean .The park as a hole went through some big changes and I have noticed in the off season the level of activity and number of people there has really declined less folks keeping an eye on things...

Peaceful and relaxing place to own/rent a vacation home. Very very close to Ocean city via Route 50 that dumps you midway in the city, or a little further for the inlet and boardwalk. Homes are always for sale around $130k.

I've visited almost yearly my entire life. Pet friendly.

Pool, dock, playground, gated community with 10mph speed limit and newly paved roads, no more white stones...

My family had a great visit here even during the hottest day of the year so far. The community pool helped out a lot. We managed to take the boat out and that's when I saw a beautiful marina his boat was in. Its very nice here but not a year round living community. Beware of a lack of good wireless internet. Verizon didn't work well here for us but T mobile seems to be better...
