I have been stuck staying here for years now, But this past year, the elevators go out frequently. The rooms are hit miss on if they've been cleaned. You're lucky as hell if you have hot water and pressure but generally, you get cold showers, but no pressure. Most of the staff, do you not speak English? So it's difficult to communicate with them If you need anything. You have options to indicate if you're a night sleeper or day sleeper, but it doesn't matter. They still come knock on your door or try to open it while you're asleep. The food is mediocre at best on a good day, but most of the time your selection is very slim minimal, and not worth your time. I would prefer if my company would put me in a hotel and give me per Diem, I would much rather live off of frozen dinners, than the mess they cook. And we do have many fridges and most of the rooms, it's a lot of the times I do live off frozen dinners. There is no reception they do offer WI. Fi, but depending on which building you're in, you cannot connect to WI. Fi, and if you are able to connect to wi, fi, it is so run down, you would do better fighting cell phone reception. They offer washers and dryers, but most of them don't work and the ones that do, usually is occupied by the staff doing the hotels...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give it 5 stars except for the incredibly annoying maid staff and the WiFi. The WiFi constantly disconnects and when I called the office about it they said that theyāve never heard anyone else complain so I assumed it was my phone until I read the reviews and found several others saying the same thing and my laptop started having issues. The biggest issue though is the maid staff. This hotel has large touch screens beside each hotel room door that you use to unlock the door, it also displays messages and you can select ādo not disturbā and a big red sign pops up on the screen saying ādo not disturbā and itās literally impossible to miss because if you try to open the door it asks you if youāre sure because do not disturb is on yet itās useless because the maid staff still bangs on the door at least twice a day starting at 8am and during this stay they also tried to enter twice without knocking while the do not disturb sign was turned on. They also donāt speak English so you canāt communicate with them. Iām going to call the office about it but Iām not staying another night here, Iām tired of getting woken up. I might give it one more chance but thereās never been a hotel Iāve stayed at where the maid staff refuses to acknowledge the do not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery nice place but lacks attention. For the most part its over crowded. You can never find a parking spot anywhere near you room. The elevators dont work and despite i have asked for a room in the first floor i have always stayed in the 3rd. I have let them know im hurt from a knee and the less stairs i have to go thru the better and still i cant manage to have them change me. Housekeeping does not clean rooms. They unlock your doors just to take out trash and leave towels or just to say they cleaned the rooms but they dont. All rooms have carpet and the office receptionist told me they dont have vacuum cleaners. I have requested my sheets changed for the past two weeks and although i have called on a daily basis it still has not happened. I have been here for 1 month strait and still going to be here for another month and honestly my experience with this place is not great. Internet does not work and you have to rely on it since service is very poor since these are metal buildings. I would definitely advise my company to have us go back...
