What a great place to stay!!! Richard, Linda and Alex are amazing hosts. They are extremely accomodating and authentic. Our group was given the run of the ranch and we stayed in each type of accomodation offered. No one was dissapointed. There is a lot to do but it is a very mellow laid back ranch where you can do what you want at your own pace. The animals are very friendly from the smallest and youngest to the largest and older. My boyfriend and I had spent the afternoon on the ranch, able to explore all over in one of the provided XUVs. Alex and Brianna and other workers there were lovely. We got to interact with Albert the Camel and Rodolfo the Alpaca; spent quality time with the goat herd while giving lots of cuddles and pets; and visited the sheep heard, alpaca herd, horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, etc. The work dogs were friendly and even jumped in the XUV with us while we rode around which I loved. My family and I stayed at Rancho Grande for the weekend and it was absolutely phenomenal! not only does Alex and his family take sincere care of their farm and animals, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable.
