Hamilton's North Coast Adventure Campground & Rentals — Hotel in Ontonagon Township

Awesome customer service. We went up for a bachelor party, and within the first 24 hours of our 4 day weekend we had problems with half of our rigs. We called to ask last minute to see what he had for rigs, and was able to get us in a 2 seater, and 4 seater General that day. Rented the 2 for 1 day, and rented the 4 for 2. Machines were nice and clean and ready to go on arrival. He explained how to use the machines, and then explained all the prime spots to take them. After that we hit the trails. Unfortunately the 2 seater got a flat, but within the time we had sat down in the bar, got our food, he'd had already came out and changed out the tire for us. We were able to return the machine after hours. Steve definitely saved my bachelor party that weekend. The only down side, is if you do puncture a tire, you are reasonable for the cost of it, which he did help me on the cost for that. Overall, if I could give this 10 stars I would. I will definitely be renting here for our honey moon, and I will be back up to rent Sleds...

We rented snowmobiles from North Coast for the last couple of days of December '21. Although we've done guided snowmobile tours in Utah and Montana, we didn't have any experience riding trails. Due to a chronic neck injury I was not able to participate in this snowmobiling adventure, it was my two young adult sons, one of their friends and my sister. I was concerned about them getting lost. I read stories every year about SAR being done for people lost while snowmobiling in the U.P. The snowmobiles at North Coast have built-in GPS maps with all of the necessary features to completely remove any worry of getting lost. Plus, according to my family, the machines were fantastic. Steve, the owner, was geat. He was friendly and welcoming and did a great job of getting my family squared away for their adventure. I highly recommend...

The owner is by far one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people we have had the pleasure of doing business with!!! We were in Baraga for an anniversary weekend and decided to take a little excursion to rent a UTV from Hamiltons in order to do a waterfall tour which we found that we could do without a guide (altho, guided service is available & I imagine would be worth it as well)!!! Mapping and navigation were above expectation!!! Suggestions and directions to bluffs and local hot spots on our 130 mile adventure were given and turned out to be nothing short of awesome!!
