This is a rare find...loved the laidback surroundings- farm animals- goats & kiddies, hens & rooster, garden & Bono the King of this castle! We stayed at Sander Lodge & loved the unusual entrance thru the garage...From that point on we new we were going to enjoy our stay here!! Cozy, comfirtable, full of colour & delightful decor every turn your take inside & out on the farm. Who would have thought to put -- a Clawfoot tub/ shower in the kitchen & make it work -- Judy did😘 Judy & Steve are great hosts & welcoming us into their farm. It's the perfect spot to relax & enjoy yourself with the animals & nature- Judy has made it enjoyable for everyone-- great place for the kids & be a kid at heart yourself. We booked at Three Acre Woods for our sons 1st birthday party. The room was spacious with AC/fans, private bathroom (as we know kids need to go all the time!).. stepping outside a nice grassy area with badminton available to play.. travel to the other side there is a fun playground area and all the farm animals! There was something for all ages to do. Judy was a great hostess! She gave a great tour for the kids along with letting them feed the pigs, talk to the turkeys and collect chicken eggs! We stayed at the Hunters Lodge AirBNB this past Saturday night, and we truly enjoyed ourselves!
It may be listed at a Hunters Lodge, but it has delightful country touches, which gives it a family-friendly appeal.
The beds were so cozy. We had extra blankets to snuggle with, plenty of pillows, beautiful views out, and the window.
We really enjoyed seeing all of the owner's paintings around the space as well.
The kids are already asking when we take another trip, and we absolutely will...
