Meets basic needs with some amenities and a great view of the lake but overall nothing to brag about, at least not compared to other worldmark locations that we've visited. Verticle blinds to deck are broken in our Unit, the deck area stinks like cigarettes. No bbq on the deck- there are some available by the pool for use but not nearly as convenient as in-room. The walls are thin, we got a nice wake up at 3 a.m. by a choir next door who serenaded us with a number of songs including Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody..."Gelelaio!!" ... tried knocking on the wall to give them a clue but they didn't seem to notice. We are staying in a special needs unit and the shower in the master bath is the equivalent of a high powered garden hose. The radius of the shower water on your skin is no bigger than a quarter which gets a little chilly. The towels are on the smaller end, good for kids, hard for a mid sized person to wrap up in, they definitely don't wrap all the way around a larger person like my husband. The floors are not very clean, within an hour all of our feet were black. Upon calling beforehand to reserve a playpen for my baby to sleep in I was told they didn't even know how many they had and that they weren't sure if any would be available or not because it's a FCFS basis. This is frustrating when trying to decide what to pack, unsure if I should take up some much needed space in my trunk to pack my own or not. We didn't end up having any room so I felt fortunate to get one here after our first night. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed which was disappointing after reading in the unit description that it was a king size. Not a big game changer but they need to update the description because as part of our decision to leave the pack and play home and risk not having a baby bed we counted on at least being able to sleep the toddler between us which is not possible on a queen. The parking lot is miserable as it's not on level ground, makes unloading the car difficult (especially with kids!) as the doors want to keep closing on you while trying to pull your belongings and little humans out. Have yet to make the trek to the rec center.

This property is available as a Wyndham Vacation Club member or in Wyndham Rewards searches if available. We enjoyed staying here, finding it clean and well stocked for our use. We used the kitchen to make several meals and found everything we needed to be there, from prep to clean-up. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite and used the large Murphy bed in the livingroom for an additional visitor. The back side overlooks the Lake of the Ozarks and we enjoyed morning and evening drinks on the veranda. The pool area is very nice and includes several gas grills ready for your use. The workout and recreation center are also available as is a private dock for the complex of three buildings. Parking can be a challenge here in the evenings, so don't be surprised if you have to walk a ways up and down a significant hill. This property could be challenging for the disabled or elderly that have accessibility issues, although our four story building had an elevator once you make it to the building walkway. This complex is walking distance to nothing but residential areas, although anything you may need is a short drive across US-54.

One suggestion I believe would be a great addition is installing a balcony cover/canopy or even a large heavyweight table umbrella for the top floors of the resort. My family and I love taking a break from it all during the summertime here, but, the sun just scorches the metal on the patio furniture to where it is too hot to use on the top floor. I do understand that putting something over the top of the chairs, such as a towel to sit on is a really easy fix, I, however, would have been more comfortable with a shaded area to sit underneath without the added clutter. During daylight hours looking out over the beauty of the surrounding lakeside scenery from the top balcony can be so peaceful while taking a little break from the all the fun one can have here. Or, even simply enjoy a stormy day, being able to sit outside breathing in the refreshing smells of the earth and listening to the rain as it falls onto the trees provides a sense of comfort for me as well. Having a form of cover would have nice to be able to take in all of the beauty this resort offers no matter rain or shine. Otherwise, 5 stars all around from our family. đŸ„°

If there was a 10 star rating, this would be one of those! I've stayed in many Hotels and I have never been in one this beautiful! We rented a room not knowing what to expect when we got here. First off, we reserved our room online at about 1AM Friday April 29th 2022. We made a mistake when we booked it because we actually needed the room that morning, so when I booked it, the days should of been from Thursday April 28th 2022 to Sunday May 1st 2022 but I booked it from the 29th to May 1st. We got here about 2AM Friday morning. I realized the mistake I made shortly after I booked it. I walked into the office and explained the situation to the desk worker. He told me that they were completely booked for that night but he said he would try to see what he can do. Around 3:30AM he told me that he figured it out and found me a room. I apologized to him several times for the mistake I made. He tells me that its OK and everyone makes mistakes. So about 11AM Friday I get a call in my room from Jake Voorhees, the Manager of the Hotel. He called just to inform me that they were not going to charge me for Thursday. They only charged me for the 2 days I originally booked for. He was very nice on the phone and said the same thing, that everyone makes mistakes. He was very professional. So, about 3:45AM Friday, my wife, 3 grandkids and myself finally get into our room and we were immediately blown away! This room has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a full living room, 2 bedrooms with a Master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer and a furnished patio with a Lake view. This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! They have a swimming pool, hot tub and a kids pool. They also have a recreation room with shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong table and a Foosball table. They have propane grills lined up along the pool. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a more professional staff!!! I will recommend this Hotel to the President Of The United States, it...

My car was damaged by presumably another guest of theirs who left the scene of the accident. When reporting to management, they assured me they’d do a thorough investigation. No cameras on the property at all. Very low security, if any security at all. I was told that cameras would add liability unless they had personnel watching those cameras. So basically, they want to distance themselves as far as humanly possible from any liability from any incident that happens on their property. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s been numerous instances of theft, vandalism, or other crime that has occurred and reported where absolutely nothing was done to possibly curtail such incidents. Borderline negligence. All management could say was “sorry for your inconvenience” but wouldn’t even offer something such as 10% off of my next stay. Absolutely horrible in the customer service department. Would not recommend. The GM even had the nerve to ask me if I atleast enjoyed my stay after taking pictures of the damage to my car. Yeah, who wouldn’t enjoy their stay with their car getting hit and run in the hotel’s parking lot? By the way, their “investigation” was concluded before 7 o’clock that evening. Not even 12 hours had passed. Seems like it was a very exhaustive investigation. Must have been very pressing matters for them. Will not be going back. I’ll find a resort that has adequate parking lot...
