Lake Lawn Inn — Hotel in Pana

I was In room 119, I rented the first night and was charged 86$ after being told 70 with a 20$ which I paid. On the second night I was charged 68$ but right before bed I found a bed bug on my pillow around 1am and the office was locked considering they live in the back (gross) I rang the bell multiple times and no response. So I waitrd till morning in a lawn chair after I stripped all the blankets and threw them outside. Waiting for a ride to now go spend 60$ on laundry, which didn't come till 6 when I confronted them she said the cleaner would be down when she got there and they told me there had never been any before I came, and refused to refund cause I "stayed" all night, (once again in a lawn chair) so comfortable for almost 200$. Terrible place don’t ever go there!! Bed bugs everywhere!!!!!! My poor husband had to run out of the room in the middle of the night! Sleep in his truck. Especially after a long day at work since this hotel was his only option with been in the middle of nowhere working. This old lady running this place and knowing theres bed bugs and still having people check in and not doing anything to clean up this place! Just Unbelievable was rude after my husband complaint and wouldn’t give him a refund! Saying how she couldn’t do anything about it! And how he should of came in the middle of the night to let her know but how can you when they close!!!! Dead beat place it should be shut down completely!!!! DONT GIVE THEM...

I was driving back to Wisconsin from Tennessee with me and my 2 small children. We ended up in the ditch and had to have our vehicle towed. The owner went above and beyond to help us out. She gave us a room right next to the office and security camera. The next morning I went and asked if there was any places that deliver breakfast (there's not), so she came to our room with 3 bowls, milk, cereal and spoons. She also offered to give us a ride into town to be able to get stuff from the gas station while we sit here trying to figure out what to do.
