Amazing place to take family or friends there’s over 40 spots to choose from they give you a map right away to show you spots that are already taken they have RV hook ups campsites each campsite has picnic tables and extra areas for tents each area is different and unique all of them have water faucets and bathrooms are clean there are also showers but you do have to pay a Dollar for two tokens Which will give you in Two minutes in the shower if you put at least six and you will have a couple minutes showers are really warm park is kept up clean park rangers are nice and kept very good watch of the park. Be aware of other animals there are foxes that run around but they’re very sweet but they do still food at night I’m very happy with my stay it’s only $25 for a night for just a tent and $45 for a Trailer hook up highly recommend this place was super satisfied!

This place is quiet, serene and of course family friendly. There was a little commotion between campers arguing but it didn't last long (good thing). We stayed in space 2 and let me tell you anywhere from space 2 to 8 you're uphill and you're going to have a distance for the restrooms/showers, coming back up that hill to your space is a workout! I prefer Bidwell Campgrounds for next time! Restrooms cleaned daily as well. Not much shade

Awesome sites some with very nice spacing between them. 16 electric/water sites plus many more no service sites. Very quiet in mid March. Turkeys gobbling every day. Clean restrooms and pay showers using tokens only... bummer, as you have to purchase more than you may use. No access to water. Even boat ramp is high and dry. Oh, also camping sites were not burned in fires, but boat ramp 1/2 mile away was.

Enjoyed a more secluded camping experience in Lime Saddle, as the summer season hasn't quite begun yet. This part of the rec area is BEAUTIFUL and such a great drive even just to get into the campsites.

Such friendly and helpful staff, though they didn't yet have firewood as of early May. I drove to the closest convenience store and had no problems finding some, though. You aren't really near the water at all, but it's a short drive to the Marina for day use!

Showers and bathrooms were great! I've never used the shower tokens before but it's easy enough, they just don't really tell you the prices/such. (When I asked, the staffer didn't know, and it wasn't listed anywhere). I put in $5 and got at least 10 tokens, and it was 1 token = 3 mins. Showers took about 30 secs to get hot, and it was such a relief! Will definitely be coming back here, especially since it's the cheaper option around ($25...

We only ended up using the dump station here at this time though this is mostly just because we did not know about it. We usually stay at the lake Concow Campground on "the point" with our 35' TT. Easy in and out though be prepared to make a u-turn to be able to be lined up on the dump side of the station. I would suggest not using their hose hook up to the black tank flush as the threads on the hose allowed for it to leak into my pass through. I know for next time to not hook it up directly though if you have the black tank flush on the outside of your rig then you dont have anything to worry about. If you have an interior wet control then be prepared to clean up if you use their hose. All in all it was relatively slow when we went there and I cannot imagine it being super busy unless it is a sunday and people are leaving from stie...
