We have searched for a few years to find the idyllic family resort to bring our children to. The whole resort is set in the woods but it is still close to town. Our stay here was nothing but wonderful. The views are fantastic. And they have really nice sandy swimming areas. Tons for the kids to do, playground, mini golf, a children's program (perfect break for Mom & Dad), a dry sauna that was always heated and ready to use, bikes for the whole family to use, trails through the woods for hiking, and a children's play area inside the lodge. Been to many resorts and northern pine is favorite. Resort is on private road so no through traffic.. Only 10 minutes from town but feels like your your no where near a town.. Kids activities planned every day and some activities at night such as movie night and bingo.. Big lodge to hang out in. Very well kept and clean cabins..great fishing lake.
