Rustic Retreat Lodge — Hotel in Perham

My father and I experienced the lodge during a bull moose hunt. The owners, Jason and Terri, made us feel right at home. Our rooms and lodging were far above our expectations for a hunting trip. They and their guide staff are extremely knowledgeable of both the wildlife and area being hunted. They had planned long before our arrival for main and backup plans. They had scouted and done their homework which resulted in us seeing a legal bull only hours into the first day. By the second day we had a 820lb bull on the ground by 1:00. We had a snowmobile race in the area so we stayed here and we were all so glad we did! Jason and Terri Williams have a beautiful lodge with plenty of rooms and beds for the whole family or a large group of friends. Very large living areas and even a complete bar room! It is right on the snowmobile/atv trails so its perfect for a riding trip, hunting or fishing trip with their accompanying guide and tracking services, or even just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. I used Rustic Retreat and Dead North Adventures for my 2024 September Moose Hunt. The experience was everything I dreamed of and the team went out of their way to provide the hunt I requested.
