Heart Ridge Retreat and Cultural Center — Hotel in Pickens

Tami, Keith and their energetic, joyful staff provided us with an amazing family camp which was so beautiful, blessed, outstanding, and enjoyable in every way- a heaven on earth for sure. From Immaculate rooms, showers and healthy, hearty meals where families got to know and cherish each other, to well planned indoor and outdoor activities and daily nature excursions ( waterfalls, sliding rocks, Smokey Mountain peak and trails, kayaking and zip line on lake- everything was top notch. Am and pm Liturgy of the Hours were interspersed with lively “Gospel” singing and action songs, discussion groups, campfires, square and jazz dancing, games. They also graciously made available daily mass, confessions ( Thank you, Father), exquisite Adoration Chapel/ Eucharistic Procession. “The Lord…. He shall reign.. Forever and ever. We have been at the Family Summer Camp for two years in a row and only have great things to say about Heart Ridge. They offer the most well balanced program I have ever seen. During the week we had the opportunity to spend quality family time together, we also had a time to share our experiences with other parents, time for games, time to explore the area and also plenty opportunities to deepen our Catholic faith.
