Cabin USA - Honey Bear — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Let me tell you this. You will make the best choice in cabins when you stay here. Its quiet, has breath taking views. Still close to pigeon forge but hidden away. This home is well maintained and kept very clean. All sheets and comforts are freshly washed and no stains. Never had the first problem. Beds are amazing, lots of room to move around in. We have 7 people here and one person had a wheel chair and had no problem moving around the bottom floor. There is plenty to do. Has a pool table to play on, games to play, Washer and dryer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher and hair dryers, 3 bedrooms. I just ask that you sweet to the visiting dog she is a sweet soul. She had pus but dont know where they are. She runs around the neighborhood. Feed her when you can. Go to her slowly. The place itself overall was ok, had to go to Cabin USA to actually speak to a manager, was told my cabin was clean and ready. I stopped by the grocery and went ahead and got groceries and the things we needed, we know we were getting a lot of meat for cooking on the grill, we went and spent almost $400 on meat. Arrived at the cabin and a man and his wife was there and told us that we couldn't be there until 3 pm. We were like oh the manager told us we could check in and he said he was there tal ik ng pics for the website, cabin USA didn't handle it properly. The worst by far. Loss of $400 worth of grocery that had to go to the garbage because...

Terrible management!!!! Please stay away from these cabins. Beds were not clean!!!! It had bad smells in all the rooms.. Lots of things...
