Campfire Lodge — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

I gave the cabin 3 stars for the theatre room, clean pool, and Sharon the nice assistant from hearthside cabin. This would be my family's second time at this cabin, for our sixth year reunion. We gave it another try, with limited options for selecting cabins for labor day weekend that accommodated our family size. Upon arrival we incurred some familiar issues with our prior stay. The pool gate lock code let us through but after it would fall out the slot, it needs maintenance, but when we got to the door it took a few shakes to get the key out. I didn't take photos inside of the house to ensure their confidentiality. However, The refrigerator was unclean with some crumbs and food stains, I ended up cleaning it. The bowls in the dishwasher were stained with dried food. So I washed them and reloaded the dishes in the dishwasher to ensure their cleanliness. Upon settling in the basement I noticed heavy dust in corners. There was lite hair in the tubs upon arrival. The kitchen and basement bathroom were missing the second courtesy lining. Which Sharon was willing to reconcile however we didn't follow through upon making it back the last two evenings after 9 to maximize on the trip, the office wasn't open. She also was sweet enough to report to housekeeping the discrepancies. I ended up using the bags holding my travel items for the trip. I noticed after the first morning of using the rags I had a breakout in hives on my face that wasn't worth recording as it went away then day 2 and it happened again so I just used my hands with my face wash Before are photos of my skins condition so you see the first day to second and even two weeks prior with a different hairstyle. I threw the load of rags and towels in the wash before I left and tied my trash bags. In our bedroom, the decorated pillow on the beds had white stains on the black pillowcasing, refer to pictures below I put them up against the wall for them to see, I ended up just using the white pillow case pillows underneath.

We will not be back, as my family nor I trust the cleanliness of the cabin overall. My parents did enjoy the pool this...
