Hemlock Hideaway Cabin — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

We booked our chalet for 6 nights and 7 days. The first night we noticed the master mattress was so old and the springs are so worn out we woke up literally hurting. We noticed the second day that the place hadn’t been vacumed in a while. I found a ladies sports bra on the floor at the end of our bed. I called the front office and was told I would be contacted but wasn’t. Not only did they never call me as of yet but when we got home from our outings we found the front room vacuum cleaner as if it was my responsibility to vacuum the floors that should have been done prior to my arrival. We got home again to find not 1 but 2 scorpions in our cabin. I wonder if I called if they would bring something to spray for critters and leave it on the counter for me to do.
