Parkside — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

From the minute we walked in the door we had issues with this place. Flooding bathrooms, sinks not working, beds not made, dirty toilets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, clothes left from the guests before us, mold… and to top it off… rude employees. We called maintenance and cleaning crews everyday and they were of no help. We asked for a second set of sheets after we discovered blood or feces on the mattress protector and were told to wash them ourselves, in the washer and dryer that don’t even work. This was a very disgusting cabin. Very poorly maintained. And the management was very defensive instead of helpful. Really...

Absolutely beautiful!! Pictures are truly what the place is! So much to do even if there is a rainy day(Thanks hurricane Fred...) So many amenities, space, and views. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks for making our family vacation...

Only place I've stayed vacationing to Gatlinburg/ pigeon forget. I can airboat the flat roads to get to the resort. Cabins view...
