Chef Nick and his team, hands down, cook some of the best food I've ever had the privilege of eating. My wife and I when discussing caterer for our wedding, thought that no one ever remembers the food from a wedding. Chef Nick proved us so wrong! Our friends and family are still talking about how fantastic the food was!

But, if there's one thing that's better than the food, it's the genuine care for their customers. The legitimate care, from Chef Nick and his team, is the true value of this catering. They asked me about my Cajun background and foods that my wife loves to eat and cultivated such a personal menu for our wedding day, that truly made it feel all the more special. Wow, Chef Nick's food is what wedding dreams are made of! I've had many people tell me this was the best food they've had at a wedding EVER. Think she crab soup, extremely generous on the crab, and coffee-rubbed steaks cooked to perfection. Now keep in mind that our venue was completely outdoors and the team had to pack everything, including the kitchen, in and out. Even before he hit it out of the park on wedding day, Nick was incredibly gracious, hosting us for a wonderful tasting at his B&B property and packing up all of the leftovers for us to take home! He worked with us over the course of 9 months to perfect the menu and make sure our picky eater needs were met. Chef Nick came highly recommended by my Savannah friends and now I know why. Chef Nick was the caterer for my sister's wedding and he was so excellent we brought him back for my wedding too, and the quality of the food and service were still top rated. The wedding food was absolutely stunning at every level! The flavoring brought both of us back to the home-cooked meals that we grew up on and love. So much so that on Saturday after the wedding, we decided to have lunch at my parents’ house because we knew that is where the leftover reception food was.
