So the rating has more to do with the actual sites versus any of the park itself. The good was SUE who is a "Rockstar" she helped move us from the site that we had to one that had full sewer. Provided options for a new site when our 1st one was a bit to small for us. All of the staff that we spoke to were very nice and helpful. The seasonal campers have some pretty awesome set-ups that seems like a great time when they are being used. The WiFi worked well for $17.99 for the week we were here and we were able to stream on all of the devices we used. Now the bad was the not a deal breaker but wasn't what I was hoping for. The lack of hot water at the shower was bad, but I could live with it. The area we stayed was pretty flat and not much shade in the middle of the day. The propane refill is just for the size of your bottle and not the actual amount dispensed, this was due to not having a meter for the pump. They did recommend an ACE Hardware that wanted to do the so I'm not sure if it's just A New Jersey thing or both had meter issues. Now this isn't the parks fault just for informational purposes. We went for a trail walk at Edwin Forsyth park and were attacked by all of the ticks, then went inside of the office to check in and make sure of the trails we could walk with the dogs....I would hope that if someone knew of the tick issue that they would have spoken up, but live and learn.

Camped at Atlantic BLUEBERRY RV Park recently. It was very quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The sites area we stayed are ok, a little too close to neighbors but fortunately we had none so felt more spacious! There is a nice size pool to thankfully cool off in. I would come back, very relaxing time!!

Lovely place to stay, not just for people with RVs! We stayed in one of the yurts, it was super cute and cozy. It has a bed in it and electric. Also the bathrooms were the cleanest camping bathrooms I've ever seen and they're conveniently right next to the yurts!

I called in May to book Memorial Day Weekend and told the person I had a 37 ft travel trailer with 4 slides. They only had a couple of sites left, which I expected, since I was calling late. I was given site #28 and was told it was plenty wide enough for my slides, which it was. Once I received the email confirmation, I realized that there were no sewers in that area. They were aware I was never there before but unfortunately did not disclose that information to me. Once we got to the park, they were very nice in the front office. There is no "waiting area" while you check in, so the person behind us waited out in the street. Once inside the park, the road leading to the site was extremely narrow. The site itself was about 18 to 24 inches higher than the road which made it quite tricky to back into. Once on the site, it was nowhere near being even partially level. There were dead leaves piled everywhere -- you could see that no "spring cleanup" or tidying of the transient sites was done. When we saw the hairpin turn we were expected to make upon departure, towing a 37 ft trailer, we knew there was no way we could exit the way they expected us to (we were on a one-way street.) If you check out site 28 on the map on their website, you will see the turn I'm referring to. We ended up having to inch the camper forward and back on the site, in order to angle it so we could exit "against traffic." To sum it up, if you have a large trailer, I would stay away. The roads are narrow in the upper area -- only the lower seasonal area seemed to have level ground with easier access in and out. On top of everything else, the restrooms were not clean. We are accustomed to staying at "RV Resorts" and this place was far from it. I would avoid this place...

This place is a hot mess. From the time we got here it was nothing but problems. The site was wrong and could not accommodate. Took our 4 euro granddaughter to the park where she got bullied by 2 7 year-old girls and pushed while she was waiting her turn on the slide. When I spoke with them they laughed at me very disrespectful parents nowhere to be found. I wrote an email to the office explaining to them that this happened on more than one occasion and no response I would never come to this place again they don’t know their ass from their elbow no one knows what they’re doing and they only have three maintenance man maintaining the area this is the worst RV park I’ve ever been to. do not suggest this to anybody. Please make sure if you come to the park to watch your children at the playground because these two little girls are seasonal and will be here. Again nobody at this park as far as in the office cares about your safety. Also they charge for premium sights for an RV with no sewer Wi-Fi you have to pay for extra and it’s constantly being dropped they must have some type of Wi-Fi blocker that your phone can’t receive Wi-Fi so you have to buy from them the place smells like pot so it’s really not family friendly. And they have tenters on Premium spots sure they don’t get charge what RV people get charged and still get the same amenities as an RV. And also be awaee this place is for sale so they...
