We were out there last summer. nice little campground right off the road, if you're driving to fast you'll miss it. Overall everything was good but I had some expectations that weren't met but that was just me. For some reason I though we'd be able to swim in the creek but the water is very shallow; all we could do was sit on the rocks. Watch out for the meat bees they're everywhere. Self pay, no showers, no running water (besides the creek) quiet. It was nice to hear the water flowing at night and the critters near by very relaxing and soothing. Pack what you need there's a small shop up the road, a bit pricey but will do in case of an emergency. There is dirt everywhere, but then again your camping so... Would definitely go again probably just for the hike, it's a good place to disconnect.

The "hot springs" have all been privatized. The river is beautiful though, not too cold (end of July) and there are tons of places to wade in or small swimming spots. Not too deep, usually about knee deep or less. Wild blackberries grow along some parts of the river bank, but also there is stinging nettle so be careful!! Pack out what you pack in!! There are tons of trash cans and a dumpster, but no potable water source at the campsite. It's $15 a night and $7 per extra vehicle, self pay, with a 14 day maximum stay. No discount for staying more than a few nights. Campfires are allowed with permits. None of the sites could fit an RV trailer with a vehicle or any RV larger than a Class C.

Small campground just off the road with Deer Creek running right at the edge. Stayed here in April with the Mrs. & doggie. Be prepared with cash to pay your daily fees, as there is just a self check-in station. Nice spot that we enjoyed and will visit again. 😎

I went here with my girlfriend and I was beside myself. First, the whole place was outside. And it was cold and itchy. Our neighbors had dog and it just made things so uncomfortable. No one told me it was going to be like this. I tried to call park services but nobody came to do anything about it. Ill never...
