He was friendly and gave some local information about roads, employers, the hours of the local establishments (including the Lumberjack Tavern, site of a murder described in the book and movie, "Anatomy of a Murder" starring Jimmy Stewart, Lee Remick, and George C. The room includes a TV, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator along with a small table and chairs. Everything is really basic, but it is quaint and clean. The bathroom is sparse, but there are plenty of towels.
