Moon River Marina & Resort — Hotel in Princeton

Honestly disappointed with the customer service. We arrived at 9:45 for our 10 am pontoon reservation and the marina did not open until 10 am. There were no employees around. At 10:05 a young gentleman finally approached us. He said he would get with us shortly and he assisted another group who was there before us get their boat ready. At 10:15 am he told us he had a clean boat ready but it only had 1/4 tank of gas and that we would need to drive the boat to a different marina to fill up because they did not have gas. I told the worker this was unacceptable because the website clearly states you get the boat for a full 8 hours and start with a full tank of gas. The website says you also just fill up the tank when you are done at 6. He then offered a different boat that was full but it needed to be power washed first. We opted for that but did not leave the marina until 10:30. The worked said we could bring the boat back and 6:30 to make up for lost time and that he would be there waiting for us. When we arrived at 6:30 he was not there nor anyone else to give the keys too. We walked the keys up to the restaurant and gave them to an employee there. I have rented many pontoons through the years and have never experienced there being no one there upon return of the boat. The pontoon itself was in a good condition and ran well. Would not rent with this company...

There manger said she was going to get us a GoFundMe and she did because my husband worked for her and he would go to work and I would sit in car all day with our pug I'm in a wheelchair and can't get out with out my husband Jason told my husband and me they were going to Get us out of the jeep they were going to help us come up they put us in a cabin and we were so happy we prayed that night and thank God for our blessings all the employees bought us stuff Mr Pete and his wife bought us food and drinks and the best spaghetti I ever eaten But because Mr Jason decided we wasn't grateful everyone stop Tiffany's we went back in the car when we asked Mrs Tiffany about the GoFundMe she said she cut it off she shouldn't have been helping us anyway. So we are still in car they lied I have cried and yes I'm still in car these people do not need to be manger they how are young people the bathrooms are dirty they don't keep all the grass mowed but they pay $11.00 all in all they are the worst people I...

I would like to say it was as good as the last time I was there in May 2022. But the service and food was horrible. 15 min to get our drink order and that was after we went in and ask. We were the only ones there!! 35 min to get our food and yuck. Ordered Hawaiian pizza and they didn't put pineapple on it. The waitress solution was to bring pineapple. What! The pizza was so greasy it folded over and dripped grease so we returned it. $5 chips and ranch was just that. Crumbled bunch of chips from a bag and ranch. Spaghetti so greasy my granddaughter couldn't eat it and literally the bowl was full of grease. Marinara sauce for Calzone was absolutely tomato sauce and not marinara. The oldest person there appeared to be 17-18 and no manager on duty to take a complaint or make it right. Called back later to speak to the manager, Jessica, and was told that there would be no manager there today..Absolutely...
