If I could give zero stars, I would. Check-in process consisted of someone taking a picture of my sister’s phone which showed the reservation information. The check-in person did not speak English or Spanish, as far as we could tell. Our first stop at the room was to check the bed for bedbugs, which we found as soon as we lifted the bedspread and sheet at the foot of the bed. Found a bug between the sheets, never mind checking the mattress. We pulled the sheet back a bit further and discovered some sort of yellow stain. It looked like someone had peed the bed, then simply pulled the covers up without any attempt to wash or change the sheets. Toilet had a dark stain. Freezer completely filled with frost. Previous guest’s loofah left in the shower. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. We moved across the street to the Castle Rock Inn and Suites and had a wonderful experience, five stars. We will be reporting our experience to the Kansas Department of Agriculture....

Prices are tempting but i recommend paying that extra $20 and sleeping in a proper space. My first room smelt entirely like smoke and luckily they switched me over to another room that was very dirty and smelled bad, but at least didn’t smell like smoke. The man at front desk barely spoke English and was always missing. Anytime you needed him you’d have to go on a scavenger hunt looking for him and don’t bother calling the phone number listed on the desk because they don’t help. There was no toilet paper and I never got any cause the place is a ghost town, nobody to help you. I ended up having to grab napkins from the gas station next door as toilet paper! You could crash in this motel but it’s just a small step above sleeping...

Do not Lodge here, the receptionist charges too much just so he can take some of the money for himself. If you want to know the real price of the motel rooms you have to talk to the owner and literally nobody can speak English.I've asked the receptionist three times to switch my room because there's a leak in my room and he doesn't understand what I'm asking ...he reeks like smoke... And if you're wanting to enjoy a relaxing evening, do not even try to turn on the TV because only 3% of them work and you'll probably just end up throwing the remote...
