If I could give this course more than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! Let me begin with the phenomenal customer service! From the time You enter the property at the gate. The young lady who is at the gate is exceptional with customer service! There were two wonderful representatives in the pro shop that were without question the best customer service representatives I’ve seen thus far in Puerto Rico!
The golf course is One of the best you will ever play and certainly should be in the top 100 in the world. Being that this is US Puerto Rico it should be in the top 25 public courses In the United States.
From greens to tee boxes to Fairways To the rough you name it… it was five star. You will see my videos, and in my pictures how this course was stellar. It is sufficiently challenging, and yet it is amazingly playable. You can make par consistently on this course. This is a $400 course that still provides military discounts and you play at the most economically reasonable course. You’re going to find I am blown away. I am coming back to Puerto Rico for one reason, and that is to play this course again
Facilities: five Clubhouse: five Hospitality and staff: 5+ The course: five The practice facility: five
This is a must play!!!
And one last little extra tip to make it a 5+ plus plus golf course they had a 75% off rack for men and women and the deal was so deep I don’t need any of the things I purchased but I bought because it was so cheap!!! Now it is very pricey. It’s a very pricey clubhouse, but they do it right they make sure that there’s something for everybody and for that reason I’m coming back off to the management of this course you got it right and you got it...
Read moreHad an early morning tee time 7am. I arrived and the pro shop had my left handed rentals (Titleist AP1 with scotty cameron putter and Vokey wedges) ready and on the cart. Rental shoes also were on cart waiting. I hit the driving range for about 30 minutes prior to tee off. This course was in immaculate condition. It is cut out of the natural wetlands conservation area. It was beautiful. I was impressed. And I've been all over to golf, including pebble and Bandon.... A few holes on the back nine run along the beach, very nice. I preferred this course over royal isabela. Dont get me wrong, There are some absolutely wonderful holes at Isabela but the overall condition and total experience, I give to Bahia. Coco Beach is a little too Palm Springs like...Go with Bahia and you wont regret it. I will post pics of Isabela as well as Bahia. Hit em straight. Only Negative is had to pay 75 for rider fee for my wife to watch. Kinda steep. In my opinion, that shouldve been complimentary.. Total was 3 and some change for tee time, rentals and rider fee... ...
Read moreThis is an ok resort, but after having been to the Ritz Reserve and other St. Regis locations, I recommend you go to that one instead if you want a more personalized and beautiful experience. The overall style here is a generic sad beige “luxury”, and I found myself not feeling like I could fully relax. My favorite experiences were at the spa and vast golf course. They advertise a butler service, but ours would respond 50% of the time which is inconvenient when you ask for water or have to have your car ready by a certain time. Food was good, things were mostly clean, and having the beach is nice but be ready to be told you shouldn’t go more than 2ft in! Our beach view suite had a shared foyer in which they left dirty dishes out for...
